AT&T has an opening for an Acumen Senior Consultant to support the National Security Sector. This role will be to work with the program and guide the consultants in development of data visualizations for both the technical and financial aspects of the program.
The job duties are as follows: Task 1. Financial Visualization Development The Acumen Senior Consultant will collaborate with Customer or Customer and Agency Partner together to assist with the following activities: • Review current workbooks, visualizations, design standards (where existing), and data availability • Review data sources and requirements for future sources; develop data source models • Work with Customer to automate (as much as possible) the ingestion of data sources into the Acumen tools to avoid errors in the final visualizations to the customer • Work with program team to better understand key questions that need to be answered by Acumen; determine visualization requirements, including data from the Network Management System • Identify and develop compelling Acumen visualizations using data provided by the Broadside Finance Team to minimize reliance on Microsoft PowerPoint • Develop other visualizations to support the key questions above as well as the program's mission objectives • Supporting Customer staff in publishing workbooks to the designated Acumen Server environment • Provide knowledge transfer to Customer on visual analytics and dashboarding best practices • Provide training to Customer to develop visualizations in advance of customer meetings and presentations to the customer Task 2. NMS Visualization Development The Acumen Senior Consultant will collaborate with Customer or Customer and Agency Partner together to assist with the following activities: • Review data sets from various NMS tools • Review required visualizations, design standards (where existing), and data availability • Work with Customer to automate (as much as possible) the ingestion of data sources into the Acumen tools to avoid errors in the final visualizations to the customer. • Work with program team to better understand key questions that need to be answered by Acumen; determine visualization requirements including data from the Network Management System • Provide knowledge transfer to Customer on visual analytics and dashboarding best practices • Provide training to Customer to develop visualizations in advance of customer meetings and presentations to the customer.
Candidate must have 7 years of experience, which can be a combination of work history and education. (NOTE: This equates to a doctorate and 0 years of experience OR masters and 1 years, bachelors and 3 years, associates and 5 years or HS diploma and 7 years).
